Available Job Positions:

Programme MANAGER

Responsibilities:

- Project management & coordination
- Developing programme proposals and design
- Develop & manage programme budget, reconciliation, income & expenses
- Setting & development if timelines, project task lists & duty divisions
- Managing logistics, operations, schedules coordination
-Oversee overall project execution, performance & profitability

Requirements:

- Min 4-5 years experience in event management
- Background in project management
- Min Bachelors Degree holder
- Self-motivated with a positive & professional approach to management
- A team player with great leadership, & interpersonal skills
- Understanding of social media in event settings

Time Commitment:

Full time; May need to travel, Work on weekends and long hours during events.

marketing MANAGER

Responsibilities:

- Manages communication with employees & stakeholders
- Strategizes on how to increase employee awareness & productivity
- Create brand awareness & maintain the Foundation's positive image 
- Develop communication strategy for PR, marketing & social media
- Develop relationships with key media to secure and grow media coverage
- Liaise with media & other parties to announce new programmes & the Foundation's policies or position on issues
- Overseeing the annual communications budget & ensuring it is fully maximised.

Requirements:

- Experience in Marketing & Communications for a similar organisation
- Strong written communication & presentation skills 
- Min Bachelors degree in Mass Communication or its equivalent
- Has an eye for layout and design with good printing/publishing skills
- Creative & strong knowledge and understanding of current trends of digital & social media
- Self-motivated with a positive & professional approach to management
- A team player with great leadership, & interpersonal skills

Time Commitment:

Full time; May need to travel, Work on weekends and long hours during events.

FUNDRAISING MANAGER

Responsibilities:

- Build relationship with current and future collaborators and sponsors for programmes and projects
- Maintain good rapport with collaborators and sponsors
- Develop & manage fundraising programmes

Requirements:

- Min Bachelors Degree holder
- Self-motivated with a positive & professional approach to management
- A team player with great leadership, & interpersonal skills

Time Commitment:

Full time; May need to travel, Work on weekends and long hours during events.
